Mostly uneventful plane trip to Schiphol (Amsterdam) delayed (of course) out of O’Hare by thunderstorms. I predicted it. I’ll have plenty of time to make my connecting flight. I suppose I could write about the guy next to me who sat as though his balls were the size of grapefruits, or the kaffee-klatsch women behind me who employed a high-pitched mixture of German and English and who talked about nothing for a long time. The woman directly behind me was the worse of the two, and insisted on using my seatback (grabbing and yanking) to stand up and sit down. Not only do people not know how to organize an overheard bin, but they seem to have completely lost the ability to be considerate of others. Please forgive my hyperbole. It is rhetorically inconsiderate.
